？ Counseled on major financing agreements for mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring and syndicated credits for clients in China, as well as Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Korea and Japan.
？ Counseled on a $2.3 billion SEC-registered global ADR offering and NYSE and London Stock Exchange listing for CINPOEC, the major Chinese petroleum refining company.
？ Assisted in drafting the 1996 Chinese Partnership Law.
